Recent commercial projects include 20,000 SF office/warehouse facility, 9,000 SF retail facility (Dollar General), 8000 SF retail strip center expansion, numerous commercial tenant improvements including medical facilities, restaurants, office and retail space, and a 15,000 SF motor sports entertainment facility at Walt Disney World Speedway for Richard Petty Driving Experience. Retail projects include custom homes ranging from 3,000 SF to 7,500 SF
